Last updated 23 September 2026

These terms govern your use of PrepGraph. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use PrepGraph.

1. The service

PrepGraph is a study tool for technical and product interview preparation and for graduate admissions tests. It provides a practice question bank, a personal concept graph, AI-assisted explanation and feedback, and optional résumé and job-match tools, across getprepgraph.com and the gmat. and gre. subdomains.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

5. Content and ownership

Ours. The question bank, hints, model answers, written material, software and branding are owned by PrepGraph or its licensors. Your subscription is a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation. No other rights are granted.

Yours. Concepts, notes, practice answers and résumés you create remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you — storing your content, and transmitting it to the AI provider named in our Privacy Policy to generate the output you requested. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not publish it.

Third-party material. Some GMAT and GRE practice material derives from published test-preparation sources and is provided for individual study. GMAT is a registered trademark of the Graduate Management Admission Council, and GRE of Educational Testing Service. Neither endorses or is affiliated with PrepGraph.

6. AI output

AI output can be wrong. Explanations, feedback, résumé rewrites and job-match analysis are generated by a language model and may be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Check anything that matters before relying on it. AI output is not legal, financial, medical or career advice.

We make no promise about any outcome. PrepGraph does not guarantee that you will pass an exam, achieve a score, receive an interview or be hired.

7. Connectors and API access

You may connect PrepGraph to external AI assistants using the Model Context Protocol, or use an API key. If you do:

8. Availability

We aim to keep PrepGraph running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give registered users at least 30 days’ notice and an opportunity to export their content.

9. Termination

You may stop using PrepGraph and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if required by law. On deletion, your content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PrepGraph is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or €50. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, opportunities or data.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all mandatory statutory rights under your local law, and nothing in these terms overrides them.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continuing to use PrepGraph after that means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PrepGraph is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protections there continue to apply.
